If you want to take anything away from your player, you can use the player.removeitem command (remember to add the item ID you wan’t to get rid of). To get your item IDs, use the player.showinventory command. You can use it to give items to a character as long as you know the item ID. My favorite, and perhaps the most useful console command is the player.additem command.
additem item # 0 = The good old item cheat still works. modav carryweight 999 = carry unlimited weight (its permanent! yaay). 
setlevel # = set your level to # only works for leveling up. 
srm = seems to work and fixes all items?. resurrect = resurrect selected character. unlock = still unlocks object (doors, consoles). additem 000000a 999999 = unlimited bobby pins. additem 000000f 999999 = infinite bottle caps. = use Cheat Engine to hack perk points for now (watch video below). modav strength # = set stat for strenght, endurance, intelligence, luck, perception, agility and charisma to number #. Once you enter a console command, hit enter to activate it. If you are on a different language and don’t want to set your Keyboard to English, you can use trial and error. The key is normally under the ESC key for the EN-US language.
